Fillet of Beef (1 kilogram)
Yogurt (2 cups)
How to Cook?
Cut the fillet of beef like cubes and decant them in a bowl. Chop the onion and add it to the bowl. Add yogurt with salt and pepper powder to them. Stir the ingredients and put the bowl in refrigerator for 24 hours. After 24 hours, skewer the meats and spit pieces of that and roast them on barbecue while turning them around and fanning them. When they roasted, eat them with either bread or rice.
